Heather was awesome helping me find my 1st home. We discussed my wish list and she worked diligently to make my dreams come true. Once we found it, she worked very hard to close the sell in less than a month from start to finish. She was very patient and right on top of everything. Would highly recommend Heather Allen.

They handled everything, with the client base Kristi has and the knowledge and experience our house showed daily it seemed like and with her advise we were able to get a great price without any hassle or aggravation to us. Kristi helped us sell our home and was very attentive to us. She is very responsive and quick to get answers. We are currently in the process of looking for a new home, and she is always available to show us properties. She is also quick to send us new listings that might be of interest to us.

We never could have moved so fast if not for Kristi. She sold our house in 2 days and helped us navigate the purchase of our next house so we were able to close on both houses the same day. From the time we first contacted her we had our house under contract in a week and a half for $7K over our asking price. On the purchase of our new house, she reminded offering $5K less than the asking price and when the bank appraisal came back low, she convinced the sellers to drop the price by another $4K.
