Zahara did an amazing job helping me find my house. She set up a great schedule for what to check after submitting my offer, provided a list of the best home inspectors, and coordinated all closing details with my lender without delaying my move-in date. She was perfect!
I was connected to Brittany via Zillow. As a first time home buyer I wanted someone who would answer any questions I may have. When Brittany heard I was not pre-approved yet (was planning on doing so) she was done with the conversation. It ended shortly after and I was promised a call back and she never got back to me. Needless to say, I believe I was too much of a hassle for her. Not a person I would trust to take me through this process.
The reason I chose her agency is because of the large number of sales and no complaints. Her or her admin (which is now a realtor) would always return my calls, emails, or text. They kept me informed all through the process . They are very professional, hard working, diligent, polite, trustworthy, and honest people. If I had to chose another agency, it would be her agency. I am very satisfied with the sale of my home. I definitely recommend her agency.
Besides being one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, her and her team made hunting for home and buying a home easy. They took the stress off of me and kept me informed with all information along the way. If, I ever buy another property, Kristi will be who I call.
