Dr. Updegraff is super! She takes the time to listen and is very involved with overall care.
I waited over 6 months for an appointment. At my first scheduled appointment the doctor's office called a week out to let me know that the doctor was going on a week vacation and that they needed to reschedule me from October all the way until February. I explained that I couldn't wait that long for me or my daughter who both had appointments. They said they had no other space and put me in February. Dr. Updegraf has the best bedside manners. She is a doctor that I will recommend over and over and over again. She makes the patient feel as if they are the only one in that office. She answers your questions and she makes sure that you are comfortable with the level of care she is giving. South Coast is very fortunate to have her on their team. . I’d follow her anywhere she goes.
Dr. Updegraff is a wonderful doctor. She is easy to talk to and she listens. She is very thorough! Super sweet and treats you like your family.

I am a new patient and I had to wait a few months to get in but it was worth the wait to be able to see Dr. Updegraff! She was very personable and professional, and went above, and beyond what was expected!
Appointment for 10:30; nurse brought me to exam room 11:00; saw dr at 11:30. Pretty good for overly busy morning at the practice.
Dr. Updegraff is amazing she really cares for her patients and always makes time to listen.
