Dr is always nice to patience snd listens to the patients needs.
Very long wait today. Almost 1 hour and 45 minutes. Yearly Physical exam.
Dr. Updegraff is a real problem solver. She takes a holistic approach to evidence and works to find answers without resorting to quick easy fixes of high priced medications.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Updegraff. She is smart, kind, and has impeccable bedside manner. She truly cares about her patients, takes time to listen, and never makes you feel rushed. I always leave my appointments feeling heard and cared for. I feel very fortunate to have her as my physician.
Despite Dr Updegraff running 1 hr late, I refuse to see any other doctor. She is calm, tells you the truth and helps you to overcome any issues. She answers questions with constructive options. I WONT see anyone elae
Well my visit today with Dr Updagraff was a very good visit,she's so attenative, concern very professional along with awesome bedside manners she makes sure everything concerning you and your health is taken care of she listen when you talk and always give back positive answers,and before you leave from your visit with her you leave feeling positive about whatever you had going on with you and with a SMILE on your face she's the best

Dr Updegraff is an absolutely wonderful doctor. She shows kindness and compassion each and every visit. While that's a lovely quality, her sense of urgency and attention to detail cannot be compared. She treats me like a member of her family and makes sure I am always taken care of. I cannot imagine what South Coast would be like without her joy, warmth, and expertise.
