The staff were all kind and courteous! Dr. Updergraff was so gracious and listen to me intently and l was certainly impressed with how she treated me as a patient! I am grateful that I found her practice!
Professional, always listens and responds to your questions and concerns. Very caring makes you feel like you are her top priority. Dr. Updegraff will always be my PCP and I will always trust her advice and do as she Instructed me to do. Makes you feel like you’re her only patient and cares a lot about your well being. Love her!!

I had been into the office before regarding my cough. I had already had a round of antibiotics and other treatment. When it didn’t get any better, I requested to be seen again. Not only was I fit in, but I was seen by the doctor and not the PA. She listened intently and put me on a path to getting better. Dr. Updegraff is always compassionate, caring, and professional. I can’t say enough about her and her office staff.
It's so nice to have a physician who hears you and truly cares about the whole patient. I consider myself privileged to have found her.
