I try to create a lighthearted and heartfelt space where care giving is a team effort! I think I have the best patients in the world :-)

My visit was for an in-person physical. Dr. Updegraff is both very smart and very empathetic. That’s not a combination found in many doctors. She also treats my wife and some very good friends started using her as well.
Dr. Updegraff was terrific. She is knowledgeable , sensitive, informative. I immediately felt at ease, and felt confident I was receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.
Dr. K. Updegraff is the very best family doctor that my family and I have ever had. She's caring, supportive, knowledgeable and totally on her game. My family and I love her!!
She really cares and is invested in her patients. She takes time to really see how her patients are doing regarding dreams, goals, aspirations etc. This investment creates an atmosphere for one to fill comfortable and engage in comfortable and uncomfortable dialogue. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.
