I am so grateful to be a patient of Dr. Kristen Updegraff’s. Her bedside manner is sincere and personal, with no hint of dismissal, patronizing or impatience. She is smart and engaged and everything you want your doctor to be.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Updegraff. She is wonderful, both as a doctor and a human being. The world needs more providers like her. Her compassion, bedside manner, knowledge, patience, and humor are unmatched.
Dr Updegraff is a great doctor and a wonderful human who treats her patients with empathy. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
She takes the time to listen to your concerns, and always looks for a realistic solution to your problems. She’s honest and knowledgeable. Her goal is not to prescribe medication, is your health and wellbeing. The best Doctor ever!
Dr. Updegraff is warm, thoughtful, and truly cares about all of her patients. She makes times for any questions or concerns, takes copious notes, remembers conversations from previous appointments, and never makes you feel like she knows your body better than you do. I couldn't ask for a better doctor and highly recommend her to all. She handles sensitive subject matter extremely thoughtfully as well.
My weight time was not long. And it is always a pleasure to see my Dr. Updegraff. I love the way that she always take a Time, and it's very personable. And remember things about you to make you not feel like you just another individual walking into her office.
She is kind, compassionate, thorough, sweet and always caring!
She was great, listens to you and takes your time. However every appointment has been over an hour plus wait for the appointment. My appointment the other day was at 11:30 and I didn’t see her until after 12:45 and it made me late to work. Just wish the staff would be more mindful of our time as well. Also front desk staff is horribly rude anytime you have to call.
She takes the time to listen and make a connection with you to better understand your needs.
