Dr, Updegraff is very caring and connected to her patients. She is knowledgeable and seeks to give the medical care needed for the best outcome. I appreciate the personal time she provides me when I see her. She listens to my concerns and does not make me feel rushed.
Dr. Updegraff truly cares about her patients and is never too busy to sit and talk over your complaints and concerns and explain why you are experiencing these issues. I trust her implicitly with all my healthcare. She is so compassionate and the world could really use more physicians just like her. ??

A five star review isn't enough, she deserves a thousand stars. Dr. Updegraff is by far the kindest, most caring and intelligent doctor I've ever had the privilege of knowing, and I say this as someone who has been to dozens of doctors in my lifetime. She is a one in a million doctor and I'm not exaggerating when I say she is the kindest person I have ever met.
Dr. Updegraff is AWESOME. She listen, concern and cares. The staff is very friendly, and make you feel very comfortable. I love my Doctor Undegraff, she love giving Hugs.
I have been going to Doctor Updegraff for 12 years. She makes you feel like family, answers every question, explains things so you understand everything that is going on with your health. I highly recommend her, she is top notch.
I will keep Dr Updegraff as long as she is excepting my insurance and when I have to get coverage that South coast does not accept I don't go to the doctor. I have been to many over my 55 yrs. on the earth and she has by far has had the best attitude and bedside manner of any doctor I have every had. I have been seeing her now for 8 to 10 years with a few missed years because of insurance coverage.
Always been happy until now. Had to walk out on our appt as was kept waiting in exam room for over an hour - no one came in to apologize for any delays... It takes months to get an appt and when I needed to see the dr when I was ill, I was informed that it would be a couple of weeks before I could get in........?? Have to find a doctor who we can actually see when we need to
My husband & I went to Dr. Updegraff for several years. We could never get in to see her when we were sick. When we called for an appt we would have to wait sometimes days or up to 2-3 weeks to be seen. I had a problem with high blood pressure for at least two years but she would never put me on medication. It had gone on so long I was having shortness of breath & dizziness but could not get an appt. Was told to cut back on sodium. New Dr put me on medication & I feel like a different person.
