All employees are always courteous and friendly. I have always been made aware of dental and financial options. Many times I have recommended Kravits as a friendly/painless dental service.
You MUST get your online system working! It's 2015 for crying out loud! We should be able to easily request & schedule or change an appointment online, get reminders via Email that someone will ACTUALLY respond to -- especially when you send an Email requesting a response -- and then it's just ignored!?!? Did I mention that it's 2015!?
