I was charged a co-pay and my insurance does not require a co-pay. I had my Delta Insurance card in hand and asked if she wanted to se it. She said no. $10 is a great co-pay but if I do not need to pay why are you collecting?
I was never givin an opption of what crown i could have gotten. 28 years ago Mr Kravitz explained and i went with a gold crown back then and it lasted over 20 years. The Staff just pick what they wanted to do . Witch i am easy going, the staff did a great job with temp crown and installing the new one. Lets hope i get 20 years out of this one. Thanks for the Service so far .

The tech was extremely nice. I was a bit shock that I had to pay $45.00 just to paste the crown back. Besides that I was very happy.
I believe the girl in the front's name is Eli. She is polite, professional and very knowledgeable. She is a true asset to your staff.
I appreciate the work the Dr. and Ass't did and deserve to paid for that. However, I was thrown for a loop when I got home and saw my bill of $980.00. The lady in pink told me 980 so I thought I was paying 9.80. I did a cleaning which is covered by my insurance, then did a replacement for a crown which had a hole in it. In the past, the replacement I received was free. In addition, I have never paid more than $400. for a crown. We need to discuss this matter asap.

Having tried 6 others after I moved north, i returned to Drs. Kravitz. I wish you were closer than my 45-50 minute drive... But there's no comparable dentist AND staff nearer to central/east Broward.
Grace is a true professional and beyond courteous. I always appreciate her polite demeanor and she always takes the time to suggest ways (i.e., type of toothbrush or floss to use) to improve on my dental care.
