When I was handed the bill, I was asked: "We went over all of this with you right?" Nope. There were additional items on the bill that were not discussed. They were required for the procedure (I had a root canal and crown), but when the Dentist explained the charges on my first visit, she did not mention these charges or procedures. Only until after the work was completed did I find out what procedures were really being done and what I was being paid for. They waited until I was tired, and sedated to show me the real bill. Customer service is great, and the staff is friendly. The hygienist is very good.
I had to go in due to an emergency and I was very impressed how promptly they answered me back and when I got there and Grace was already waiting for me and took care of me immediately. Thank you
For someone who wouldn't in the past consider touching the inside of my mouth. The entire staff was very pleasant and kind to ease my nerves. If when I had all of the teeth pulled at one time.
Grace is always great - professional and personable and attentive to any sensitivity issues - she is a big part in my being able to stick to my dental health schedule.
