I have had the same technician for the third or fourth times since I became a customer and she has improved each visit.
The office staff was very helpful, especially the front desk clerk (I think her name is Elle). Faced with an aweful amount of dentist work to be done on my daughter, she helped me to clearly understand the options and worked my daughter in (who is here on spring break) so that she didnt have to go back to school in pain. And of course the dr's Mr. and Mrs. Kravits are exceptional as well. Thanks
I don't have any problems with the present staff. The receptionist and Grace they are very professional and pleasant. Very happy!

I ended up not going to my appointment that day because Ellie, once again, mismanaged my appointment. I did not reschedule because of how rude she was to me. After almost 15 years of being your patient, I am looking into electing a new dentist on my insurance plan.
I don't remember her name, but the tech who put in my permanent crown was extremely gentle and patient. She took extra measures to observe signals to show I was begging to gag. It was unexpected that I would come through it so easily. She is to be commended for a job well done.
