Brought my Corolla in for an Airbag recall, easily made the appointment on a day/time that was convenient for me. My Service Advisor, Eric, called me when my car was done, on time as promised. Being a Technician at a dealership, I don’t usually have my car in for regular service. But when I do bring it in, I always appreciate receiving the same quality service that I am expected to deliver at my job.
We love Krause Toyota, we bought Dodge Caravans from their Dodge dealership have bought 4 Toyotas from Cliff Swoyer , fantastic salesman always helpful, friendly plus he loves our cookies. Tara is a whiz with the financial details. The whole team makes car buying enjoyable. 25k service on my 2016 Camry! All good and done quickly as I had made a 9am appointment and was on my way by 10am! Spoke with Joe C my salesman, always like family whenever I visit Krause! This is my family’s 10th vehicle(at least) purchased here, would not go anywhere else!! Awesome company!!!

We drove about 2 1/2 hours to look at a used car and we were not disappointed. Kerry went above and beyond to help us, staying way after he was supposed to be done at work to wait for us and sell us our “new to us” car. Mary was awesome too.
