I purchased a 2001 Camry from Krause Toyota (Joe C) and had all my service done there as well. Traded it in for a 2012 RAV4 and continue to have service there. They are super responsible, dependable, ethical, and timely. Staff are friendly, courteous, and know my car and my needs as a driver. Waiting area is spacious and clean. I have experienced 19 years of good service! Highly recommend Krause Toyota!

I brought in my 2007 Scion TC For inspection to Krause. I purchased the car new from Krause. It’s a great car, but I was called about my a center rear tail light was out and would not pass inspection. The replacement cost was $400, I thought that is very expensive but approved the repair. I paid the invoice that was over $400 and drove the car home. I lifted up the hatch and notice the fine duct tape workmanship on the side panel. Pat, we're glad that we were able to take care of the rear tail light for you so the Scion would pass inspection. Unfortunately, in order to access the rear light, we had to remove that panel, which did have the prior damage to the securing tab as stated. Rather than leaving the panel completely unsecured after replacing the light, we opted to at least attempt a temporary fix. After 6 years of leasing cars and returning them in pristine condition with car miles under the allowance (25,000 miles on my last three year lease) they would not even negotiate a price on a new lease. They wanted me to get a base model, put more money down, and pay a monthly lease amount that was double what I paid for my 2017 Toyota Camry SE. It just shows that they are out for money and not to keep customers. I guess my exceptional pay history, loyalty as a customer, and care for leased vehicles mean nothing to them. How... read more

Recently purchased a certified 2017 Camry. The salesman, Kevin Apps was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout the entire process, making sure all of our concerns were addressed. Also interfaced with Joe Harris ( sales manager)and Tara Bellhorn (business manager), who were equally helpful and courteous. I would recommend anyone interested in Toyota products to visit Krause .
