Great people, no BS. They tell it like it is. What more could anybody ask for. Honesty is hard to find in the automotive business. These guys and gals do their jobs very well and are courteous.

I bought my RAV4 from Krause Toyota about 2 years ago. I knew exactly what I wanted, so buying from them was no hassle. I also appreciate the honesty from their service department. Since my 2 year service agreement expires soon, I asked about extending it. Their response was that it isn't worth it unless you have a truck, since the out of pocket cost for servicing isn't much for a RAV4.
Sales staff was friendly, price was good. But the car was actually missing parts and needed immediate repairs. The service staff was not friendly. They reported the used car department was told about the missing parts but sold the car that way anyway. Will never do business there again because I can't trust their judgement
Kerry and all of the wonderful employees at Krause Toyota made the process of buying my new 2015 Prius so smooth and actually enjoyable! We are so thankful for Krause Toyota and their wonderful service! Kerry was sure to make sure that I knew everything I needed to know about my Prius before I left the dealership! Terrible parts and service! Awful customer service. Was driving my sequoia when a light came on. Stopped by and they had no desire to help. I had my newborn with me. All they had to do is go outside and look. I wasn't expecting them to fix it right then and there. Just tell me if I need to be concerned. This isn't the first time part and service sucked.
