They must not know that withholding pay is a federal offense....
Just had my 4 Runner in for 10 K service and another great experience @ Krause Toyota. Read online that the dealer could program my keys to open the windows and they did it no problem and no charge. I read many dealerships will try and charge $70+ to program the car. Not Krause, they just took care of it. That is why we will always buy and get service from Krause Toyota!
