Krakatoa is a unique coffeehouse and restaurant created in a beautiful repurposed Craftsman house in Golden Hill. We have delicious sandwiches, bagels, smoothies, salads and are well-known for our famous potato salad. At Krakatoa, we bake all our own colossal homestyle pastries including muffins, brownies, cookies and cakes. Loved the atmosphere here! Only stopped in for coffee but the menu looked too good to not endulge. Wish I would've found this place sooner � My belly left happy �
I'm here almost 3 times a week. My go to lunch spot and my favorite coffee house to chill and draw. There's only one sandwich for me, and that is the Colima! Highly recommended.
My favorite spot...the smoky mocha is the reason I am there once a week despite where in SD I'm living. Super cute spot...avoid being there after 12pm...it's always swamped.
Excellent food and drinks!!!! The service was great as well.
