Terrible service department. After three follow ups to service department and salesperson, I still have not received a quote for brake pads several months later. I was a repeat customer, and they’ve definitely lost my business!
First experience was great. In and out, no issues. Second time, I had some recalls done on my truck. I called the week before to be sure I could get a shuttle to work at 7:00 and the lady I spoke with said “absolutely! We would never leave you stranded”. When I showed up for my 7 am appointment they made me wait around until the customer service advisor I was scheduled with arrived to work. Even though there were three other advisors sitting around. by far the worst service department of any dealership I have ever been to 4 ladies at the front desk doing nothing make you stand in line for 30 minutes with no other customers. they can never figured out what's wrong with my Ford escape it takes sometimes 2 weeks just to get an appointment for a simple oil change I'm done with korum go to sunset you will be much happier
