Questionable service. I have a 2013 Ford Escape. On a previous oil change the technician left a dirty towel on my engine and we found a left over piece of a part (never did figure out where it came from). This last oil check (Jan. 19), took it in, came out fine. Now a week and a half later the battery doesn't work, even though it got a green light. Left a message with my service advisor and no call back. Frustrated with this group!
I wanted to give a huge shout out to Joe at Hyuandai. I had to get my car towed as it had to get serviced and it was out of commission. I showed up past buisness hours with the tow truck driver and Joe assisted me even tho it was technically closed. I was super stressed and full of anxiety about my car not working and having to get it towed. Plus my husband is serving overseas right now too. I bought a truck there this weekend. I praise them for the professional manner from start to finish. The sales man was great. The office personnel were fast and efficient. I can’t wait for my wife to need a new car. I will definitely be coming back.

Bait and switch tactics they sell cars before you can even see them saying to come back after they perform safety inspections then try to show you more expensive cars then publish pictures a week after its sold.
We got my husband's Hyundai Kona Ironman here as well as my Ford Ranger. They are very friendly and upfront with everything. I love their transparency and that they offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY. This is a family owned business and they will take care of you!!

Korum is the BEST dealership in the greater Puyallup area! Back in August we purchased my fiancé’s truck and had the BEST experience ever! This last weekend my 2015 Ford Focus finally broke down. On Monday morning I called Korum Ford to tell them, and that I was having my car towed there, they got me in right away! Eventually we decided to trade it in for a 2020 Edge.
