Recently upgraded my vehicle - it was time. Out with the 2010 Cobalt that ground my knees into the dash, in with the 2017 Escape with room to spare in the vehicle and my budget! Dealt with Ryan Brown who was very personable, and mercifully didn't laugh at me when I insisted something was knocking when in fact it was the turn signal sound. Oops.. :-p All in all a great experience, and an amazing price.

Originally went to Lakewood Ford for purchasing and servicing my vehicles. After several bad experiences in a row, I went to Korum Ford to purchase our latest vehicle. The experience was the total opposite of what I experienced at Lakewood Ford. The sales staff were all very respectful and didn't try to BS me or treat me like an idiot. Ryan B. was awesome and needs a raise.
Mike Sheffield was my salesman; and he made me and my mother feel very welcomed. It's nerve racking buying your first legitimate car. And he made it relaxing and easy. I love my car! My two daughters and their mother love it! So it's an all around win! Korum Ford has a very nice atmosphere and quality employees!
