I love Ford however it took 3 hours to install plastic mud flaps that was only to take one hour, causing me to miss my daughters wheelchair assessment, however the service manager overheard my conversation and he made it right. I'm so impressed that I will continue to have my Ford serviced at the dealership. Thanks to you service manager!! LOVING MY 2017 Explorer!!
I love this dealership than the one in Seattle where I bought my car. I get my Ford Fusion Serviced here and they always are up front with the cost, what needs to be prepared, they are quick, they do an awesome job in car wash, and interior vac. Especially my service lady Tina ! She is very professional and patient with all my questions! �
I live less than a mile from Lakewood Ford and I trek all the way down to Korum in Puyallup because they ALWAYS perform above and beyond the call of duty. Their customer service skills are outstanding. I'm a customer for life!
