I had recently gone to Korum Ford in Puyallup Washington and I dropped off my 2015 Mustang GT convertible for a recall in the latch and I had just purchased a brand new Mustang logo wind deflector that Lit Up red on the outside. Had a great experience. And the financial team really works hard to try to get you a great rate.
Took my car back this morning the service manager was really understanding and really accommodating and gave me a loaner vehicle and told me that they would fix it and that he would personally drive the vehicle for a few days to make sure the issue was fixed.
I have bought all of my cars at Korum because of one trait that all of the employees have in common. Great customer service!!!
