I went in for a 1145 appointment for an oil change and I didn't get my truck back until after 2. I think that is way too long to wait. The people however were and always very nice and helpful.
Excellent place to purchase a new car, extremely poor place to have it serviced. I stopped bringing both of my new Hyundais there after a negative experience at the service counter. The service manager politely offered me 2 free oil changes in response for the negative encounter, I politely declined. I don't want or seek 'free stuff', I simply expect common respect, for my time as well as myself. I want to give a personal thank you to Mr Jerry Korum himself, and his amazing staff down at Korum. Jerry made sure i was set up with a safe and reliable car, and did it so quickly too. I have been in a number of times and have received excellent customer service from the staff at Korum! Specifically Micah michalski stood out recently when I brought my car in for an oil change. He recognized me from Previous car repairs and helped rectify a timing issue w getting the oil change done!! Then he washed and cleaned out my car to top the cake! Thank you Micah for your amazing, outstanding service!!

Todd Miller, the Repair Shop Manager at the Korum Ford store in Puyallup provided us with an exceptional service experience today! We were fully loaded to go to a family reunion the Friday before the 4th of July and plugged in our trailer to our F-150 and no lights! We pulled in with no appointment and no options at 4:45pm and an hour later he had us patched up and on our way! Thank you for the exceptional service experience - it was certainly above & beyond and Todd should be commended!
