I took my Lincoln MKZ here to have a passenger side headlight repaired. It dips when the brakes are applied. They said BOTH headlight assemblies need replacing at a cost of over $3300.00!!!!!! Apparently I look like a complete sucker! Now I truly know what it feels like to have one’s intelligence insulted. Never again Korum.
My wife called them for service for a hose that was leaking coolant they told us it was three weeks before we could get it checked out. I understand if your getting an oil change for service being backed up, but when you need service immediately on a ford vehicle they were less than helpful... We won’t be buying anything from this dealership in the future. They don’t care enough about their customers. I recommend taking your business elsewhere Jeremy

Don’t buy a car from Mel Korum!! Terrible customer service and follow-up. Bought a truck from Mel Korum last November with a Lifetime Warranty on the power train. Recently the transmission, which is considered part of the power train, started acting funny. Took it in to a GMC dealer and they recommended a flush first. Fixed the problem. Paid the bill and they said that Korum should reimburse me because of the warranty. Have tried to reach Korum 5x and have yet to get a call or email back. Their lifetime warranty of bogus. The service department is the best one around. Service consultants are cheerful, friendly and take excellent care of the customers. Would not take my car anywhere else.
