Always an awesome workout with outstanding trainers and a great personal vibe.
I came to kore wellness in search of knowledge. What I have gotten from them over the past year is that and more. Their dedication to doing things the right way and teaching everyone the proper way not only to exercise, but take control of their lives in every aspect is unmatched.
I moved from Florida to South Carolina August 2013 for softball at Columbia college. I was introduced to KORE by coach and it forever changed my life. Not only has it benefited me physically but it has helped me in other aspects of my life too. I've become more knowledgeable about my body and how mobility is so important. Thank you Elise and everyone at KORE for everything you have done for me. I couldn't have done it without any of you!
Korewellness introduced me to a different approach to working out. And it's worked well for me. You must give it a try. I wrote this review several years ago and I want everyone to know that it's still true and I continue on my self improvement journey.
KORE is a positive community of people helping others to be healthier, happier, more positive humans...period.
I've really enjoy my time at KORE Wellness. I feel safe, yet challenged, in a family style environment. I've recommended this facility to so many of my friends and clients.
