I have been at Kore for about a year an a half now. I started out interning and then became part time and now full time since September of 2017. I can honestly say that it was the best decision I’ve ever made, not only financially but also physically, becoming part of the family. Interning at Kore Wellness has been such an amazing experience. I have gained more knowledge shadowing Elise, than I ever could in a classroom. Learning physical therapy like corrective exercises while focusing on strength and whole body fitness is something I've never been apart of and am now able to teach and cue it myself! Being here for for over 4 months now, I've interacted with and met so many amazing people that I know I can continue to have relationships with beyond Kore!
I quickly became an evangelist for KOREWellness. Not a week goes by that I haven't mentioned to someone about a workout there. Its hard. It's tough. And waking up at 5...ok....5:10 am to work out is never easy. But I always feel great after my workout. I never regret or dread the workouts. It's really the best natural high! And best of all, I've met some new people who I now consider friends!
KORE is a fantastic gym, but it is more than just a gym it truly is a centre for physical excellence. The trainers at KORE are superb. They are patient, welcoming and truly knowledgable.
