The front staff are amazing! I love the DA's and Hygienist who work so hard to make sure we have the best experience at Kool Smiles.
Receptionist that day was not very friendly or helpful. I had to go back the next day and had a better experience with a different receptionist. Those working with my kids were nice. However, my daughter had recently got her ears pierced but they said she had to remove her earrings. She cried in pain when I removed them and then 5 min after the xrays I couldn't put them back on!
I've been taking my kids here for 2 years. It's grown from a tiny office to a very big one with so much more room! Kids love the tablets in reception. I definitely was nervous when they told me they go back on their own, at least for my youngest, but I said I'd give it a try and stay based off of how my kids felt. My younger one was too nervous the first time, so they just did the brushing in the side room with him on my lap. The next time, he was a little more brave and went back with his brother. My kids love the doctors and staff at smiles4keeps they can't wait to go back! They are wonderful I would recommend them to everyone.
Dr Hsu is amazing. He made my child feel like a princess. He made sure she wasn't afraid and distracted her very well. Told her stories about princess's and his assistant Brenda O also is Awesome. They took very good care of my princess. I really do recommend them. They made us feel comfortable. Thank you both for everything.
I was in and out in 50 minutes! I had my wisdom teeth from my right side taken out as an emergency appointment. I have no excruciating pain, the staff was lovely, funny and sweet. I definitely recommend to anyone ESPECIALLY adults. I even got refunded 17 bucks. Thank you Kool Smiles :)

My son had his tooth removed with Dr Sheraz and he was amazing, he made my son feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend Holyoke Kool Smiles to anyone looking for a wonderful childrens dentist.
My daughter had her teeth cleaned at this office a few weeks ago. She also has braces. The staff is always nice. The hygienist and staff are professional and Dr Sheraz is great.
