We only went in for a cleaning. My four year old is never happy when going to the dentist, but the toys in the waiting room definitely help. The front office is very friendly at check in and check out, the hygienists talk very nicely to my daughter asking her about her favorite Disney characters, just to break the ice. They asked her what color tooth brush she would like, to have her help in the decision and she liked that. Sam was great with my girls very polite and explained everything step by step. I will recommend this dentist to everyone to bring their family.
Made a appointment on Tuesday to come in Friday for tooth pain. Arrived 15 minutes early and waited 10 minutes only to be told that the only dentist in does not take my insurance. Receptionist said they tried to call me to tell me but they got no answer. No email or call to my secondary number to inform me.
Been bringing my daughter since she was a baby. She is now 10. I personally love this place and the staff every time we come; all the children hate dentist appointments but she looks forward to them every 6 months. They are always looking for new ways to improve patient satisfaction with every visit. I highly recommend this dentistry!
I went there at 10:00 to have a tooth extracted. I left around 11:30 and was told to wait about 30 minutes to an hour for a pain prescription to be sent in. At 2:45 I went to the pharmacy for the prescription and they didn't have it. I then called kool smiles and found out the doctor didn't send it in and that he will send the script in about an hour. What a disappointment with this office. I will not be back.
