My husband and myself go to Koolsmiles of Midland and Dr Narita and staff are very caring and take care of my dental needs. Delaila the assistant is especially caring when I'm in the office. Would highly recommend!
my girls were very scared Dr Narita was very nice and friendly my children felt secured staff made it a friendly environment we are looking forward for the next visit.

Alex (the hygienist) was superb in cleaning my teeth with lots of patience and explain the whole procedure as he was cleaning my teeth. I will highly recommend this place to kids and grown ups.
LOVED that they have a play area for the kids in the waiting room. It makes waiting so much easier when the kids are occupied! They don't have to sit down and be quiet. Instead they get to get up and play! Plus, it took my youngest's mind off of how nervous he was about going to the dentist. Great staff...very friendly and professional. They made us feel at home. The dentist was awesome, too! The kids both told me they can't wait to go back, and I look forward to taking them for their next cleaning.

I been having massive pain and serious problems with my teeth. Ive come to kool smiles and seen dr.zhad 3x for emergency extracts shes been kind and fast everytime. ruby also has attended me with courtesy and professionalism. I cant be more satisfied thank you very much the team at kool smiles.
