The staff is nice and is great with the kids however, the building itself is going downhill. As of now they have had a water pipe burst and water drain into the building. . It stinks horribly and there are flies everywhere. With flies being all around, even in treatment area, it is not sanitary. Someone really needs to address this issue and get the problem resolved.
Love Kool Smiles..My 17 year old daughter had to have 2 extractions yesterday and all the staff there went above and beyond to make our appointment a great one. Dr. Petty and Cindy are the BEST!! Explained everything with detail and SUPER helpful and friendly!! Definitely recommend them!!

First off, i normally have good experiences until recently. They told me i had 4 cavities, when all i had is one. they focused so hard on my health history but skipped over fact that im 28 weeks pregnant THREE TIMES!! u have to be a special kind of stupid to not notice physically or on paper! i will be finding a new dentist and they are lucky they are not getting sued.
My son sure was nervous about getting a baby tooth pulled! His prayers were answered when Dr. Hsu said he was going to let nature do its job and let that baby tooth come out on its own!!! :) Thank you Kool Smiles, Dr. Hsu and Brenda O. you guys are AWESOME!!!!!

The receptionist is great. Staff is friendly and work with you. Really like working with them. Like their orthodontist dept..
I'm always allow to be right next to my kids at all times. They are super patient with my kids and they are very flexible with the appointments.
