I needed a new retainer, as my old one had broken. I called Kool Smiles, which sends you through an automated phone service before sending you to their call center. I made an appt. and waited a month. When my appt. finally came, the front office had issues billing my insurance. They claimed my insurance was closed at that time, so we would have to reschedule for two days in the future. Arlene was our hygienist she was so good with my 4 yr old who was absolutely terrified to come to the dentist. Needless to say we will be back my son enjoyed it very much!!!

The orthodontic team has exceptional service. They have been great since my daughter started with her braces there. We live Dr. Lecleres he is great with his patients. Amazing staff!!!!
