The staff at Kool Smiles is top notch. From the minute you walk into the door you are treated with courtesy and respect. Both of my children had their teeth cleaned and the hygienist was GREAT! She took time to make my kids feel comfortable and greeted them with the biggest smile! We started going to this location because my son was so young (less than 1yr) when he needed to be seen the first time; Kool Smiles was the only place that would see him at that age. Thank you so much today for the dental treatment for my daughter. Very clean office, super friendly staff at the counter. I wish I had her name, but the dental hygienist was the best! She did a very thorough job and very kind. The dentist was wonderful! Thank you again for your time.
I like the environment. It was very clean and orderly in the waiting room. We didn't have any problems with the staff at all. We arrived 20 minutes early for a 4 pm appointment in December 27,2016. After the cleaning and paperwork, we were out the door in an hour. I don't think that is unreasonable at all. We scheduled our 6 month follow-up and we will be back then 😊
