My child had to have 2 teeth pulled and some fillings done. The first tooth that was pulled went great. The dentist explained everything and didn't rush the procedure. It didn't hurt at all. The second tooth, however, the dentist (a different dentist) rushed the procedure because they were an hour behind. She put the numbing gel on her gums for 30 seconds and started to do the numbing needle. That is not enough time for it to take affect. When my child whined in pain she said that didn't hurt. Had an appointment. No dentist. They never cancelled. Not the first time. You lost my business years ago. I gave you another shot. I took off from work and was at your office at 8am. No call. No email.
Very dissatisfied! My 4yr old granddaughter had a procedure on 2 teeth. She was given nitrous oxide to help calm her for the procedure. During the procedure an alarm went off which meant there was no more nitrous. The Dr continued to work. The DA went out to have someone change it. No one did. Finally the DA left and changed it herself. Meanwhile my granddaughter was very restless, scared and crying. The Dr finally finished . We left the facility.Approximately 45 minutes the crown fell off. We returned and had it put back on... read more

Koolsmiles Dental you have to be the most incompetent place I have ever been too! I literally hate this place. Multiple incidents of mistreatment of laughing gas and over booking. Thank you for having us come up from Roanoke and not treating my son today while he's In pain. You are complete idiots.....
The dentists and their assistants are very nice but they overbook there and you have to wait a long time. Also when u go in they have all the kids in the chairs in a circle, kinda weird. Yesterday I took my grandkids and got one there a few minutes late so they refused to see her so we had to wait for my grandson to be seen, which we waited for over an hour. Don't know why my granddaughter couldn't be seen for a few minutes but they can make us wait that long?
I have never been more harassed by phone calls then this place. 3 and 4 times a day from the time they open till they close. This place is ridiculous, and it's not very professional with the million calls you keep making to my phone. You will not have my business for unnecessary work. STOP CALLING.
