Ive had the worst time with my son trying to get filling done... will be switching dentist for sure this is horrible service
This place is great! Ive been here twice expecting to be told i need expensive crowns and left with fillings instead. Im a very happy patient.
Took my grandson here and arrived early as suggested.wevw been waiting one hour and 40 minutes. .just like we didnt have an appointment.
My daughter was very well taking car of my "Garcia" when she got her cleanings and amazing taken care of when "Garcia" assisted with her feeling. She made her feel comfortable and relaxed so that they could do the feeling without any trouble. I give it a 5 star rating because they are amazing paople and have amazing workers who are very polite :)
We drove 2 hours to get there and have them tell us that they are no longer seeing our child! This place cannot get it together. Our child had an appointment booked and everything was legit but just because the person who booked the appointment was fired and didn’t know what he was doing and it’s my fault?! Pure BS It was also a poor experience by the front desk ladies acting all nonchalant and un customer friendly. I suggest you don’t waste time going here.
My son was well taken care of yesterday at his appointment by his wonderful dentist and assistant. They took the time to explain everything to him and talk to making him feel very comfortable while there. At the Christiansburg location, they have managed to have wonderful dentists and I surely appreciate them having dentists that take the time to read the chart and learn that they do have patients with needs like Autism, which takes patience and being talked to with each step being explained. Thanks so much.
