Worst experience ever! I am 100% certain that I will NEVER return. EVER!!!! Scheduling errors, long wait time, less than friendly staff....would've rather spent the extremely long and unnecessary wait time in a much better establishment. Note to self, when thinking Kool Smiles for any dental services for my kids - think again!!!!
