Why schedule 10 people at 8 am if you can't see them all in a reasonable amount of time! I shouldn't have to wait over and hour with a 8am apt. This is absolutely unacceptable!
We had to wait over a month for our appointment, and when we checked in on the day of our appointment, we waited over 2 hours! Completely unprofessional.
I took my 5 year old grandson to Kool Smiles. The staff was helpful and the check-in process was quick. I only waited approximately 15 minutes to be seen. Ashley, the Dental Assistant was great in helping my grandson remain calm and follow directions. Dr. Vishal was also great when working with him. He explained what was happening to my grandson and also to me. I'm grateful for the kindness shown in what can be a scary and stressful experience for such a "little guy" and also for his grandparent!
I’m 17 and felt a little weird about going to my dentist appointment at a place typically for younger kids. But my dentist, Laura, made all that anxiety disappear. We talked about my mom, to which she said “you have a rockin’ Awesome mom!” She did so much more to make the experience really fun but also pushing me to take better care of my teeth. Thank you so much for today, and I hope I get to see Miss Laura again!
I had a good experience at kool smiles on my daughter ‘s last visit, specially thanks Dr. Vishal and D.A courtney were distinguished in assisting my child . They were very passionate and unique in their profession . Provided such a assistant that was way above and beyond . God bless you both
I had the pleasure of taking my 9 year old grandson to Kool Smiles a couple of weeks ago. We had barely sat down when he was called back! The D.A. Courtney, was amazing!! She explained everything to us and made my grandson feel at ease. Dr. Mittal was also amazing! She and Courtney worked extremely well together and made our experience enjoyable. :)
