You never get in on time, sit for 2 to 3 hrs before getting seen . Ridiculous the way they schedule patients and then have 25 people in waiting room waiting
My nephew sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours for a 2:45 scheduled appt. only to be told he’d need to reschedule! He will not go back. Totally unprofessional! 😡🤬
They are the worst! Do NOT take your children to this dump!!!!!
Please, please don’t go here! They over schedule their time so there are hour+ waits no mater what. Unfriendly front desk staff. Our first visit we waited 45 min past our appointment. I went today and there was no bathroom! Who runs a place for kids with NO BATHROOM! We waited 1 1/2 hours past our appointment! We were skipped over and forgotten about! I can’t believe the way this place is run. My family will not be back! Run as far ways as possible!
This is the worst place ever to go. Had a appt today for my son drove all the way there after taking him out of school early for them to tell me the appt. was cancelled. They never called me or anything. Its not the first time either they have done this. Dont waste your time going there, people are rude and rush your kids in. Work is not done right either. I give it no stars place needs to close.
RecommendedWe are new to the area and went to cool smiles with my 11 year old. He not only had his cleaning but also had 3 teeth pulled. The staff was very kind, considerate, and gentle with my son. Lateisha was a great comfort to him during is teeth being "Wiggled". He actually was not devastated when we left. We will continue to use this location for our family.
I was a patient and enjoyed my experience with the staff. I would recommend this dentistry to my friends and family
