My daughter's appointment was at 145 was 15 mins early and still didnt get seen til 315 . Then once she was back we sit there for 10 before they even said anything to us . Not happy at all . Thinking about switching because it's an everytime thing .
i think they work really well with small children.
Both of my children had appointments for fillings. They called my daughter back first. Soon after, my son was called back. Right after they numbed my son the suction tubes overheated and they had to stop all procedures. Unfortunately, they had already started my daughter's procedure. Long story short they gave my daughter a temporary filling. I requested my children's files and a referral. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist. Worst experience ever. My daughter is terrified of the dentist because of this place. They are very insulting if your child cries, the hygienist sprayed water all over my daughters face, the receptionists are rude and slow. I'll never be back and would never recommend this place.
Not a long wait they were on time.. Everyone was nice to me and my son... Got his cleaning done.. And we go back in 6 months
