The staff here is amazing! I brought my niece in for a couple of procedures and the dr and nurse were great with her. As soon as she got te gas anesthesia she started dancing in her seat. She loves coming here and is excited every time. I wish I was as excited to go to the dentist as she was. I would completely recommend kool smiles to anyone with children. They are so great, thank you so much to the staff of kool smiles for taking such good care of my niece.
The day before I went to kool smiles I went to another place, waited for a hour and a half while kids who got there after us were seen before us! My child is 6m old and it takes 5 minutes at most. Kool smiles did everything in 40 minutes and I even arrived late due to rain. I will never go anywhere other than kool smiles. They were nice, respectful, and helped me with my child's things.
My daughter fell and bumped her mouth knocking loose a baby tooth. I walked in without an appointment and they had her back in a chair within 5 mins! The Staff and dentist at Kool smiles were wonderful with her!! Even gave her 2 toys & a ballon. Happy baby= happy mama! (: Thank you again Kool Smiles!!!
everytime we take our 3kids here we notices the staff isnt sticking to there rules about the parents not to allow kids to run around and tear up everything. I love how nice the staff is and so far the dintist are nice. I have only disliked parents not watching there kids and the staff allowing the adults to yell and say words kids shouldnt hear
