The front staff are amazing! I love the DA's and Hygienist who work so hard to make sure we have the best experience at Kool Smiles.
My hygienist Arlene was very quick with her work but also thorough. She made light conversation and kept me entertained. Overall excellent service.
The hygienist LaCrystal did a great job! She took her time and was very professional.. no pain during cleaning and very fast!! Thanks!! I will definitely recommend people to Look Smiles!!
I have to admit, I was expecting much more. The play area left much to be desired. When we finally got back after an hour-an hour and a half, it was like conveyor belt dentistry. Putting 2 children to a chair, and was very impersonal. I was very upset that their paperwork included restraining and holding children down. And I'm not too sure why some of my children are being sent for sealants when just a few months ago their old dentist did not see a need. I needed a new retainer, as my old one had broken. I called Kool Smiles, which sends you through an automated phone service before sending you to their call center. I made an appt. and waited a month. When my appt. finally came, the front office had issues billing my insurance. They claimed my insurance was closed at that time, so we would have to reschedule for two days in the future. Arlene was our hygienist she was so good with my 4 yr old who was absolutely terrified to come to the dentist. Needless to say we will be back my son enjoyed it very much!!!
Very friendly, super nice. Great with kids Not that long of a wait. Took my 2 year old there and they treated her good and very nice to her
I took my son to Kool Smiles to get his wisdom teeth removed they were very professional and compassionate. I will highly recommend them in the future a big thank you to the entire staff keep up the great work����
