I took my daughter to get a cleaning and check up. It's want the best experience the staff was very professional and friendly. LaCrystal cleaned my daughter's teeth was very gentle and nice. COLA was the first lady I met she took her xrays and was very professional HAPPY loved chatting with her while I wait. And Dr.K was amazing. 5 Stars for this group of lovely people I met today to take care of my child needs.
Kool Smiles is a great place! Although the play area usually needs lysoled, my kids want to go to the dentist every time we pass there! Kudos to Takolia Nelson and Olisa Dews for being so prompt and friendly at our visit today! A nice, friendly atmosphere is always good when he kids are anxious about the work being done! My only complaint would be that the automated system calls every day of the week and all hours of the day. When we moved back to East Texas, I started seeing the commercials pretty regularly in TV. I wanted to find a dentist that my older daughter would enjoy going to, so we gave Kool Smiles a try and she loved it there. The staff is nice and attentive. They make appropriate suggestions as necessary.
My family and i are new to Tyler area and we had a great experience here for our first time. My daughter who gets very nervous the staff made her feel comfortable from the xray tech to the hygentist. I recommend this location to my friends and family. Great staff!
Today my 97 year old auntie was service by the best Dental Hygienist LaCrystal. She took care of her teeth like it was her grandmother. She is very detail,patience and made a assessment of things not discovered by the doctor.So thankful we got her today.#pleased Office appointmentSharePoint needs to be scheduled better thought.
