From our visit to the Emergency Room to the ICU and the Hospital floor care we had a fantastic experience. My husband had extensive abdominal surgery and was in the hospital for 10 days. We were treated with respect, care and compassion throughout his stay. His surgeon performed his work thoroughly and in a way that set my husband up to fully recover. We are so appreciative of the entire staff for their dedication and commitment to deliver the best possible experience to their patients and their families.
I have never commended ER staff before but Dr. Danesh, Brenda and Ms Chow provided superior service and care. Being in ER is not rarely considered or seen as a pleasant experience but with this team, it made me feel that I was in the best of hands.
I had excellent treatment last night in ER for a corneal abrasion. The admitting staff, RNs & the Physician’s Assistant were all super professional & caring. As a tourist from Canada, I was relieved that they dealt with my insurance company so seamlessly as well. Thank you !
Nursing staff is superb. Really really supportive and helpful and caring. Especially preop and post op. The only thing I was disappointed by was the excessive use of styrofoam and single use plastic from the kitchen. Also, food is medicine, you would think it would be treated as such in a medical facility. But I'm sure the kitchen staff do the best with what they have. Mahalo Kona Community Hospital
