I actually arrived on a day with a major accident in the morning. I had decided I had a stomach bug, my GP said go to the ER suspected a upper GI Bleed, the team was excellent covered all the bases, and with needing some medication a consult with a pharmacist after the discussion we used my meds instead of a lesser amount their brand, this team rocked yesterday, still not a 100% at least I'm not vomiting anymore, tummy still feels not up to par, maybe just a stomach bug.
I came in for stomach pain the staff was very friendly and helpful my stay was great.
EVERY TIME I NEEDED SOMETHING NURSE THEY TOOK THEIR SWEET TIME I ASKED FOR ACE WRAP CAUSE I TWISTED MY LEFT ANKLE NOW I BEEN WAITING ONE HOUR
The staff is somewhat nice but when you've been there for 2 days and a doctor can't make time to see you. Well that sucks, I get it there busy but seriously 2 days!!!
Will finally be making a review on this hospital! With all my experience here im sorry but its not good at all... love this island but the hospital nurses and staff needs some aloha and smile and sympathy to everyone...
The staff were so pleasant and you could feel the ALOHA!!! Mahalo to the staff that took GREAT care of me!!!
My daughter was born there 13 yrs ago. We have since left Kona. But I had an amazing experience giving birth for the first time.
