The staff was great friendly... Doctor Hill was great he took time to explain and talk with me.. took my nervousness away
I was just in Kona Hospital for an Endoscope, Same Day Surgery...talked with 10 different employees (from Admit, Doctors, Anesthesiologist, Nurses)...all polite,kind,smiling and performed their jobs perfectly....Many mahalos.
We had a great experience there for my mother-law who was visiting from Oahu and had a major medical situation that was dealt with from the ER to ICU and then to the room after her procedure, she fully recovered in a short time and was able to return to Oahu to see her primary physician, that as well happy to see her progress and aloud her to go on her Las Vegas trip with all of her children! Took my mom in the morning her legs where so swollen she couldn't walk she was in so much pain it was horrible we did for hours they barely did anything and then they dismissed her told her to go home and Elevate her legs and reduce salt and she was still in excruciating pain and still couldn't walk by that night she was so bad in and out of Consciousness lethargic me and her boyfriend has literally carry her cuz she was dead weight and passing out downstairs which I threw my back out for cuz I just got done having surgery a... read more
