I have had to use this hospital emergency room 4 times in the last year and I have no complaints. The ER staff is top notch. I have worked in the medical profession all my life and never have I seen such professional quick service. Anyone who says anything negative about this ER has never seen what it can really be and they would be shocked . My hats off to all of them. Britt Thank you very much for taking care of my husband. My mother was a recent patient in the ED then on the medical floor. The care my mother received was outstanding. The nurses, CNAs, RTs doctors and social services all pulled together to make her needs met. She stated this hospital was amazing and from now on will let everyone in the community know. Would give 5 stars. It’s an older hospital but the care is top notch.

My husband was in Kona Community Hospital last Easter. The bedside matters of the doctors and nurses were more than half of his recovery. I would love to visit Kona again soon

Everyone from the ambulance staff to the ER staff and floor nurses and doctors have taken very good care of me. It is an older hospital but clean. My room has a view of the ocean.
