Going to the ER was made a positive experience by the excellent staff who had great bedside manners. They were thorough and very helpful. The ambulance trip was also done in an excellent way with very professional staff. This was the best hospital trip I have experienced both in the ambulance and at the hospital. I was in and out in less than four hours and my health condition was handled well. I highly recommend the Kona Community hospital.
