Dave was very friendly and straightforward, he asked me what I wanted, let me know my options, and I test drove and went over pricing plans. Easy process and nice people.
Tanner was a godsend! He constantly helps me and my family with our car issues. He is always so flexible in getting us in the shop in a timely fashion. He did a phenomenal job on fixing my car this past week and was so understanding about the whole situation. He goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, quality of work, and giving estimates.
Tanner was great. He was able to get my 30000mile service done and the service that I had originally requested while I was there, so I didn’t have to make another trip into the dealership.
Jordan Ford has always taken great care of myself and my family. They go out of their way to make sure we are happy with both buying and service work. I highly recommend trying them out.

I took my 2019 Ford Edge into Jordan Ford on Jefferson April 2,2025 Explained that the Edge hesitates at slow speeds or taking off from a red light or stop sign…had a friend drive it and they said it acts like it is misfiring.
