Brett, sales associate called to give me their best price, as I am shopping around for my new Outback. He shouldn't be in sales. Rude, made a deal "if I committed right away; oh then changed it to 'the deal is for 10 min from now'"! I don't operate that way-under pressure to commit, as this is a large purchase for me. I loved working with Dane!!! There could have been potential hiccups with my trade, but he made it seamless. Dane was patient with my questions, understanding with my fears, and did his best to get me what I truly wanted. I would recommend him as your salesman 10000 times over!! He put me in the best Subaru Crosstrek. Hank (my dog) and I are loving our new wheels!! We just lay down the seats in the back and Hankers is snoozing in no time. I'm just going to go ahead and second what Rebecca posted! I bought my Rav 4 working with Shelby, who was friendly, responsive, and understanding when I talked about my minimal requests for a vehicle! No pushing! If she keeps it up, she'll rise to the top quickly; and Kocourek Subaru is now high on my list of places to go to! The techs were helpful in getting me "connected" through my car - 'cuz it would have taken me forever - and answering my questions. Thanks all!
I LOVE this car dealership because the staff are nothing like I’ve experienced elsewhere! 3 years ago we worked with Sean who was the BEST, most down to earth, knowledgeable salesman and finished the deal with Luke in financing. Shelby Holbrook is a wonderful sales person! She went above and beyond for us and when we were there to purchase our vehicle she was servicing 3 other clients! She made sure everyone was being taken care of and comfortable! Came in knowing what we wanted and Travis helped us narrow it down to which package worked best for us. Got an Impreza 5-Door. And love it. Very nice. Friendly. Not your stereotypical pushy car sales atmosphere. Really appreciated that.
Buying my first vehicle was a wonderful experience thanks to Josh Seyfert! He identified our needs and helped us find a vehicle that fit within our budget.
