I had the absolute best experience from the moment I walked in and spoke to Travis, he really listened to my needs and heard what I had to say and we were able to find a vehicle that worked for me. Lack of sales professionalism. Was there today. Sales people were all wearing masks, we weren’t because not able. Sales woman we had was very degrading to us. After she talked a few minutes, we asked her if she could remove her mask because we couldn’t understand her. She told us No and would talk louder. We have been consistently disappointed with the customer service, level of expertise, and truthfulness of the service staff. Our dealings there on both of our Subarus are hands down, in our 30 years of car ownership, the worst experiences we have had with people working on our cars. Their misinformation has cost us money, and left us with zero trust in the shop. I don’t typically write reviews but I felt that my experience was worth mentioning! That being said...Please don’t buy a car from Kocourek Subaru! I was given the absolute worst customer service by the car salesman Tom Jones and the manager Luke. First of all, I put money down to hold a Subaru Outback that was set to arrive at the dealership the following day. Over a week later and I still haven’t heard a single world from anyone at Kocourek. Hey guys! I recently took my 2020 Pure Red Crosstrek into Kocourek Subaru to be serviced and I tell you what, these guys are amazing. We were on our way to visit family in Merrill, and somewhere along the way, we noticed a shake in the front end.
