Sorry for the language but this place is a f ing joke. Let me tell you why they are stupid. I purchase an avalanche from Subaru about 2 months ago. I lost oil pressure Monday.. More to the story but don't want to type all of that. Changed the oil last night, pressure came back. Took it in I have to pay 100 bucks for them to tell me I fixed the problem by changing the oil because when they sold it to me the oil hasn't been changed in 7000 miles!!!!! We have owned our 2017Forester for 2.5 months now and we could not have asked for a better vehicle. I also want to say thank you to Dane for his outstanding service. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles I was interested in. Our next vehicle will be from Kocourek and Dane will definitely be our sales guy.
I went here to look a buying an Outback (a little tired of my Jeep). The service from Brent Schwartz and Tom Jones was amazing! They were so knowledgeable about the vehicle not to mention patient!! They certainly had me convinced that this car is for me!
My Son bought a car from Tom, and Brent! He said they were very polite unexplained everything to him. Went over all the details thoroughly.
