Feb 21, 2020 “Top Notch!" I am so impressed with the staff and service here that I left there yesterday in my 3rd Crosstrek. YES, you read that right... I have been dealing with them for years. I originally traded in my Vibe for a 2015 CrossTrek, then traded in for a 2018 model and now I am sitting in a 2020 model. They are very accommodating and help you thru the entire process of buying/leasing a car and it is totally headache free. Just had my first oil change and tire rotation. In and out in an hour. Friendly service every time I have been there. While my car was up there for undercoating my windshield was broke; they replaced it without a cost to me. They picked up my car in Stevens Point and brought it back to me so I would not have to leave work. Too many names to mention. Thank you to all.

5 stars! My experience from start to finish was awesome! I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Shelby. She was extremely patient & easy to work with. I would recommend her if you are looking to buy a Subaru. Brent from finance was also very easy to work it and made the paperwork painless. And to top it all off , Alex made sure I knew how to work all the bells & whistles in my amazing Outback. Two thumbs up for Kocourek Subaru!!!!!
I drained my transmission fluid accidentally and went to Subaru to buy fluid, since it takes their special liquid gold, at no point was I told that you can’t put the fluid in yourself unless you have a pump and a lift to put the oil back in the transmission. Instead I was sold 7 qts and told to have a nice day. Luckily their old master Subaru technician now works at Woosters garage in Weston, WI and put the fluid back in for me for 1/8 of the price Subaru would have charged.
